Application Procedure

  • Prepare the substrate with the appropriate mesh to reinforce the concrete.
  • Protect the areas that must be left clean.
  • Pour the concrete and smooth with the trowel.
  • Dust PAVILAND STAMPED on the fresh concrete.
  • Smooth down with telescopic trowel so that the concrete can absorb the surface coat formed by PAVILAND STAMPED.
  • Ensure that PAVILAND STAMPED fully covers the application areas. Use more product if in doubt and trowel again.
  • After a reasonable time, when the concrete has started hardening, dust PAVILAND DEMOULDING AGENT to avoid the adherence of the moulds.
  • The moulds are set and pressed uniformly, so that the pattern is stamped in an even way.
